Link Building Campaign - UK Based Links

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

I NEED UK-BASED LINKS - PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE UK-BASED LINKS!

The first month will be a trial, but I have approximately NZ$500 per month to spend on behalf of my client, so I expect the winner of the job to be guaranteed $6000 over the year.

We require a linkbuilding campaign for a UK based retailer of Electronics, Furniture, Appliances and Computers. The website is practically brand new so there is no current domain authority or PageRank. I don't just want directories - give me options of innovative ways of link building that will achieve results for my client.

Linkbuilding campaign: we'll provide the URLs to link to and required anchor text and we reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. Each link should be PageRank 4 or above, within the similar category to our website and we require 50% OF LINKS TO BE UK-BASED. This is key! If the links are not UK-based, then payment will be withheld.

We'll require a spreadsheet with the following data: Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed along with location.

This budget is for monthly link building - I have other clients with similar budgets and want to give these jobs out. There is a potential of anything up to $3000 per month.

Tell me what I should expect to receive from you for this. I am also aware of other employers posting link building jobs, so am aware of what I should expect.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATES:

The link builder should be highly experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links MUST NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted or paid for. We reserve the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following guidelines.

ABOUT THE LINKBUILDING GUIDELINES:

Required

- Absolutely no black hat or grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only.

- Sites have to be 3 Years old at least.

- Links must be strictly from: Google PR4+ pages (home page page rank, iframes, other page ranks do NOT count)

- Free one-way manual links.

- No subdomains, back links must be on a www.

- Links should be from English websites, at least half must be UK websites.

- Links must be permanent and static HTML. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement.

- Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow.

- Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.

- Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days.

- Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.

- Prefer high ranking Alexa sites.

- No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, gambling, or adult sites, or link directories.

Not allowed

- No directory submissions, forum posts, article submissions, links from guest books, within newsgroups, yahoo groups, CL sites.

- No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text

- No [login to view URL] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites

- No use of automated software or bots.

- NO ping sites.
