Need a Ustream/Livestream style...web cam business

I am looking to do exactly what livestream and Ustream do...i am ver specific on what i need..if you have not done something like this before please DO NOT BID!

I will put the requested milestone in,but will not release till i have a work shown and testable...

i have gotten screwed too many times on here

need to on embed multiple clients sites

different clients on at same time on different sites and must be seperate

do i need hosting? or is it provided?

im looking to do a payment increment choice:

by minute

by 15 mins

by 30 mins

by 45 mins

by hour

paid through paypal or something easy like that.

stream HD

client breakdown...what each clinet made and how

client be able to stream from iphone

client able to video chat 1 on 1 w/ someone

client able to video chat with a bunch of members of the site at 1 time (group chat feature like tokbox group chat)

client able to be on video and type chat w// members (like tokbox tokshow)

password protected for members only...i dont want people to share url to view for free

if you look at ustream and livestream something like that...
