We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (MUST BE FROM LATAM)
Ideal Candidate:
// Responsibilities:
●Own domains of the Ruby on Rails backend codebase and closely collaborate with
the Product and Operations teams.
●Manage software development projects from start to finish, setting timelines and
goals.
●Design data models for the app architecture.
●Own the design and implementation of some of the platform’s key capabilities.
// Requirements:
●Great communication skills in English & Spanish
●5 years of experience with backend systems design and development.
●3 years of experience developing APIs with Ruby.
●Strong background in Computer Science
●A clear understanding of the operational impacts of implementation decisions
●Experience designing data models that will support the app architecture.
●Experience designing data flow diagrams that explain how proposed solutions
would work.
//Bonus Points:
●Experience developing SaaS Multitenant applications and platforms.
●Experience deploying backend services on AWS ECS
●Good understanding of Docker technology
●Knowledge in Java HIGHLY PREFERRED
