I am looking for a Ruby on Rails developer for updates on a website that I have.

I have a website that shows the latest products and news in different industries. People are able to follow different industry categories so the their profile dashboard only shows content they followed.

I am looking to create a dynamic newsletter that takes the content blocks from the users profile pages and sends out a weekly email of that content.

The site is in Rails 4.2.7, I would like to use Sendgrid to handle the sends so experience with the Sendgrid API is a must.
