Green and Red Arrow - CandleSticks Graph

The above link shows a bit what I am looking for. I have [login to view URL] file which will give you 50,000 time and stock prices. From that file, I generated a candlestick graph from [login to view URL], where time_and_sales shows three important features, i.e. datetime, prices, and labels. There is three kind of labels, 1 = buy stocks, -1 = sell stocks and 0 = do nothing. If the label is 1, I want a green triangle up to be displayed on the candlesticks graph. If the label is -1, I want a red triangle down to be displayed on the candlesticks graph. If the label is 0, nothing is displayed on the candlesticks graph. Furthermore, df is the dataframe with four main feature, i.e. open, close, low and high prices. Those features are uniquely used to generated the candlesticks graph.

All the code is well advanced. All I am asking is to fix the code so that the green triangle and red triangles to be displayed at the right time. I want you to use plotly, pandas and numpy for this task.

I need that task to be done in less than 4 hours.
