Dynamics CRM 2011 Online Workflow Project

We are using dynamics CRM 2011 Beta. We need at two workflows written.

The first will track a customer installation from beginning to end. The install is complex and has numerous interdependent factors all of which must be tracked.

The second workflow will track the sales process, for our sales reps, from the first contact through closing. There will normally be several contacts and then several milestones must be achieved to close the sale.
