Flip Flops Made from Recycled Milk bottles

YAWUW is an acronym for YOU ARE WHAT U WEAR, based in Ireland.

Our product catalogue is currently made up of clothing and accessories made within the EU and further afield. All of our products are made from 100% Sustainable textiles.

I have designed a type of sandal flip flop, that I want to make from 100% Recycled Milk Bottles.

I want to partner with a cafe here in Ireland and used their milk bottles as the material.

I need to learn how do you break down a material like that, what kind of machines you need, and what kind of moulds do i need to develop the flip flop. I need to learn if this is possible and how it can be achieved.

I need a very experienced product developer, ideally someone based in Ireland who can travel onsite with me and set up this process.
