I've designed a poster for a conference and thought it was in the right format - Aspect 16 9, orientation portrait. But when I sent it to the conference organisers it was rejected as it's not in the right aspect when they open it up.

I need someone to sort out the (one page) poster and ensure it's in the right aspect and adjust the content I have to fit the right size. I'd like this done asap please.
