Choose a WordPress theme based on Zurb Foundation such as "Cornerstone"
Then create child theme from there and then and make the following WordPress site more mobile friendly.

Before biding I would like to see that the right candidate has experience using Zurb Foundation and preferably worked on a job like this before where combining WordPress themes with HTML 5 frameworks has been completed quickly.
Having knowledge of creating your own custom WP theme would be an advantage.
I have chosen the WP theme "Cornerstone" as suggestion/example as I have worked it before myself and found it antiquate. However I am open to suggestion/recommendation here.
If you do decide to make a recommendation of another Parent Theme, please advise your reasons of justifications for doing so.
TO NOTE:
There is a plugin on this working example that makes recommendation for themes that can be used with it. However these themes are not done in "Responsive Design".
There maybe a need to adapt some of the current themes code. I will be looking at this myself over the next couple of days.
