Wordpress woocommerce clean up sql file duplicates

Got this annoying problem in my sql file, I imported some products and pages from another ecommerce platform into woocomerce and my database ended up having duplicates in the tables. I can't edit it in phpmyadmin because there is no primary unique key. I need someone very knowledgeable to fix it or someone to muscle his way through the file deleting duplicates. SQL file must work properly to get paid. You also must import the database into my hostgator hosting. SQL will be provided only to the winner.
