Wordpress Theme Editing

I have installed a wordpress theme to my website but I would like some help with editing the pages and making sure It’s all going to the right places.
It’s an e commerce website using woocommerce so would like some categories added and sub categories and have them all working links. I would like some links added in the footer under information which could be things like contact us, private policy/cookie policy and also links under my account which would be necessary. (Added image for links in the footer)
I would like the link changed when you click on home so it points back to our website not the demo.
I would like find the location of the blue subscribe banner so it can be edited to say what I want it to say.
Also I would like some help and tip guides on how to add/edit the mentioned information above so I may be able to do this in the future myself quickly.
