Store Data From Submit Form + Prepopulate Field

We need help storing data from an HTML Post Form to our database and carrying the data to our second page.
There is a simple HTML Lead Form w/ Submit
We need to be able to save info from the webform to aWeber (or Database) and pass the info to the 2nd page with prepopulating the next page.
1st Landing Page ------------(Carry Info & Save) -------------> 2nd New Page with More Forms
On the 1st landing page,
First Name
Last Name
((Submit))
*Clicking submit --> Save email and pass info the next page.
Second Page,
Prepoplate First & Last Name on second page.
This is an iframe which captures data from $GET
firstName, lastName
I have included the web address as an txt document.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
This should be an easy job for somebody with coding knowledge.
