State government e-complaint system

The SGCS is a project which helps people if they have any query or any complaint regarding any problem concerned with the government. The person doesn’t need to go to government office and put any complaint, its time consuming first that person has to go to office and if he doesn’t have any idea where is the office he/she is looking for then he has to wait for his turn. If he/she is in hurry he may go for bribe some attender to proceed his file etc.

State Government has decided to introduce online complaint system under the ambitious State Government Complaint System (SGCS).

The online complaint system along with other facilities of public utility, including direct interaction between the people and politician online help and Complaint handling is a critical part of any Information system. A complaint management system provides a closed-loop mechanism that allows you to implement effective, timely resolutions to network or services issues. Through powerful reporting and trending capabilities, Complaint Management system provides fast, accurate information to help management make meaningful and effective decisions. Built-in, configurable reporting capabilities enable management to drill-down into issues and offer valuable insight into the top recurring complaints and time required to resolve issues.
