Simple script needed to text people on a google sheet (twilio and google sheet integration)

Hey talented developer!
We need a very simple short script written that just texts people once a week. We have a google sheet with a list of 32 names and phone numbers of people in our group and we need a script to run that uses twilio or a similar sms API to text all 32 of them once per week. This needs to be written and hosted. The simpler the configuration the better. We will provide a link to the google sheet and we will provide the twilio account info.
