Need to develop a sales inbox like chat function with multiuser and multiuser groups.

Inbox conversation is related to one customer. The chat participants are different users and user groups assigned to the customer. They can do the following in the chat process:

- Communicate

- Share documents

- Create tasks

These functions must be triggered by commands, e.g. command: /task = opens a request with different fields to be filled in by the user.
