Our site ([login to view URL]) is in core PHP and the database is in MySQL. Issues with the website are that it is vulnerable. It has been hacked quite a few times in the past. Our requirements include:

1. Building a secure website

2. Get an SSL certificate

3. Updating the plug-ins

4. Downloading the entire data of the website, cleaning the files (removing the malware-if any), and re-uploading it

5. Other security measures like adding a strong password etc.
