Question answer Plugin for PHP Fox

The requirement is with regard to developing a certain phpfox plugin for my site

I will be owning the source code for the plugin once it is developed

The plugin is for for asking question and answers and so i label it question answer plugin

The idea is to make the user post his question just like he posts his statuses but using Q&A option

And the friends,others post answers just like they post their comment's( advanced comment module has been implemented which allows the user to post post pictures , parse videos and stick smileys )

As user posts his question , every question comes with a ticker image (which is red by default and turns green when user marks it solved ).

There are three ways in which the query stands solved ...anytime the user marks it solved , he has to select a answer from the comments

The ways in which this happens is

(1) User himself mark query as solved but for that he is to first select the answer

As people keep answering, it is quite obvious that he later discovers someone else has given a better answer

So the option to change and select the best answer should be available

whatever is the best answer is to get highlighted as the first comment !

(2) The comment(answer) with the highest likes gets placed second (as likes keep fluctuating , at any point whatever is the answer with highest votes gets places second

Admin answer by default gets placed third !

All other comments follow !

Like blogs one can monitor his own /friends /all queries and further filter for solved/unsolved !
