I have a basic PHP file upload script that I need modified. It should be a really easy project to modify. I have attached the script for you to install on your website to test. When you test it you will see a simple form to upload jpg, png, or mp4 files. When you upload a file it will be placed in the uploads folder and return a json response. It's pretty simple but here are my requirements.
1. In the [login to view URL] script add an input field to enter an album name. When the user uploads a file (or files) then the script will create a folder with that album name and the files will go into that instead of the uploads folder (i.e. A user enters an album name of Weddings, then when they press on upload files, a folder named Weddings is created, and then the files are uploaded into it). I also need an alert to pop up if there is already an album with that name. I don't want duplicate albums to be created. The popup will say "There is already an album with that name. Please choose another name".
2. I need another php file created that has an input where they enter an album name then when they press submit it returns a json response of the album contents (similar to the response you get when you upload files). But here is what I need with the json. If the file extension is an image (i.e. jpg, png) it will say image and if the file extension is mp4 it will say video. Here is the format I would like the json response to look like.
