I am looking for someone to edit a few things on a wordpress website:

2. Adding a survey page which has a survey that contains these questions to be email to a provided email address

6. Usage (g/day)
7. If smoke, flower, shatter, or?
8. Method of use smoke? Topical? Oral/ingestion
9. Frequency
10. Types; indica/sativa/hybrid
11. Do you use cannabis products for anyone other than yourself ie: pets?
12. If yes, what for?
13. Do you use pure CBD?
14. If yes, usage, amount etc.
This will allow them to save 10% off their next order, issued a code at end of survey which they can apply later.
