Issue when Insert categories when import catalog on Prestashop using webservices

I have a script to import a catalog.

Part of it, import categories tree, but when it adds new categories, these new categories can't show on frontend. I checked the database and i seen that these new categories are created without records on ps_category_group table and without fields on nright and nleft fields of ps_category table. I think that perhaps we are not using the best option to insert a category on Prestashop using WS.

I just attached the part of php that insert the categories.

I need that this insert function works well and categories will usable using this same script.

My budget is 20 usd
