hotel portal using payu adaptive payments

basically this is aimed at small hotels and homestays.
they should be able to sign up, make their membeship, then list rooms they want to rent and enter their payu details.
For each item they want to rent, they would list the following:
1) photos
2) description
3) details such as is hot water available, is a fridge in the room etc (will give full list)
4) room rent
then customers (hopefully) rent a room or two and i get a % and the hotel gets the rest , everything on autopilot with minimal monkeying.
site should be simple but functional. YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO USE PAYU. BUDGET 150 MAX
