finding respondents (programmers )for my survey about leadership in online programming community?

I want your help to find me people to answer my estimated 6 minutes survey for those who have experience participating in any online programming community like Java or PHP.

I want to study how leadership can solve the problem of under contribution and lack of participation in Online Programming Community.

How can you help me and how do I pay you to find me programmers to answer my survey question?

I only manage to get 8 respondent after 4 days distributing my questionnaire and I want to get 300 respondents at least.
