EXTRACT DATA FROM MYSQL USING PHP, PROCESS AS NEEDED AND DISPLAY AS PDF PAGE USING TCPDF

I want a PDF document processed using PHP and TCPDF (JOOMLA CHRONOFORMS V6 will be preferred).
1. You are to extract all data matching the selected criteria from mysql database table (some fields are stored as json) (see attached image for sample row retrieved)
2. You are to design a table with processed data from the extracted data. Table row will contain position of candidate - per subject; total marks obtained - per subjects, total marks obtained for all subjects, average marks obtained for all subjects, position obtained by candidate and remark
3. Each database table row retrieved is a row on the table. (calculations of total, average and position is from all records retrieved)
I need it ready in 5 hours after assigning job.
