I need a desktop Application which is used to create OMR sheets.
The software should be flexible in a sense that the user can change OMR text. the user should define the question number, answer option number, and the type of answer(text, numeric, roman numbers).
the user can also insert image and text for (instructions) to any part of the paper.
The software is like the Design part of "Verificare Software"
