Develop iOS app from PSD UI KIT - MySQL DB connected

I want to build an iOS app. I will provide a template using this PSD UI Kit ([login to view URL])
The development includes 16 screens (6 of them are for Sign In, Sign Up, Recovery pass..). I am going to provide the definitive mockup which show how to arrange the elements needed. You can find attached the mockups of the all 16 screens.
The app will be connected to my MySQL database in order to display some data. All the data needed to be displayed is hosted in my Mysql DB. I will provide the SQL queries needed for each data output.
I am going to need to make the app accessible after successful log in. Also will be needed to upload this app to the iOS APP Store, i will provide the developer account.
