Caldera Forms Setup [Wordpress Plugin]

Hi,
I am setting up the Caldera Forms plugin - I have got it to about 80% of what I need for styling and functionality but need some help getting it finished.
Specifically I'm struggling with processors, redirects and email.
The website is a self help site for men and the plugin has been setup to function as a depression test.
A short job for now, though will likely need more ongoing help in the future as the site grows.
