Build a Website Need Help configuring and updating Ultimo Theme in Magento

Hi I am using Ultimo theme for my magento based website, I would need someone to do some configuration and customization in it. Following are the tasks that need to be done.

Apply Security update in magento

Up Sells Product Slider set up in Ultimo theme

Configure Layer Navigation on Store for following attributes ( Brand (Multiple Brand Selection), Price, Goal, Discount )

Category Page Static block text should come below products, and on top should have a image.

Configure Share this on products

Need to integrate a better Search Plugin ( default search is not providing proper result )

I am using Delhivery as Cash on Delivery courier partner, they have provided a list of serviceable Pin codes, which get downloaded to magento back-end and stored in tables

I would like to develop some custom code that should check if customer address is in from serviceable PIN CODE List for cash on delivery.
