Build a web application

We are looking to partner with a development team to create a world-class web app. We have already developed a proof of concept, and are now looking to establish and develop version 1.0.
Our app integrates with several API's and will utilize machine learning based on real-world samples to predict data and present them in a simple attractive way. The goals are for it to become a self-learning platform.
In future versions, we will integrate facial recognition and build custom API's to integrate into other platforms.
This is a long-term partnership and the winning team will be given plenty more projects, as we have a lot in our pipeline.
As part of this project, you will be responsible for helping us setup our new AWS server, suggesting the ideal structure for the platform, and taking our proof of concept to the next level. This will include security and site backup. We are after a zero downtime site.
You will also advise on web security and the appropriate measures to ensure the platform is secure and fast.
COMMUNICATION and project management will be key in this project, and we require regular skype and phone sessions.
We imagine the app will be built with Laravel and hosted on an AWS Server.
The team must include a UX / UI professional. Please provide example of their work.
To be considered, please provide
- 3 examples of large-scale web apps you have developed, and the process in which you developed them, the key steps, and the milestones for each step.
- Programming skills and languages in the team (HTML5, Java, C++, Objective-C, Swift and C#.)
- A project developed with a 'new' technology
- Profiles of key people in your team
- Summary of team, projects completed and years of experience
- Experience in cloud infrastructure
- Experience managing large data i.e. creating efficient databases
