I need several changes made to a website page and then another page added with similar layout to the page you are working.
[login to view URL] - I need both the payment calculations and apr calculations made for each mortgage rate in the excel table. The website shows all rates up to the rate that has no closing costs. You are welcome to put code in the [login to view URL] file or go out to an excel file and do the calculations and bring them back. All rates are currently in two excel files, one for a 30 year and one for a 15 year.
I also need an Apply Online button at the end of each rate row which will take the user to the next page that I will need you to build it. ([login to view URL]):
I want the same layout as page 3 with the exception of just a name(which is imported and editable from page 3), address (which is imported and editable from page 3), Phone Number, and Email Address and a Best Contact Method that can be either a drop down list box or radio buttons. All Fields will be mandatory. I will need them somehow recorded or sent to me when a user enters the information and it will eventually import to a loan application.
For Testing, put whatever you want as the username, and address, primary residence, single family home, credit score of 740+, loan amount of 240K or 200K and home value of 400K.
