Technical Analysis of Project(repost)

We'd like to have? a nice? written proposal? detailing the technical elements involved in construction of these sites, including:

(a) how it should be developed - programming language (b) projected and detailed? timeline, (c) improvements which you suggest to making both more designer friendly, (d) what other things are involved in development (e) ways to change? programs/website enough to avoid copyright? issues (f) how to integrate this into an existing? PHP-based website.?

English Proficiency is a must and the writing must clearly demonstrate step-by-step development of each site- and suggestions for programmer.? Also, writer should register for each site to see what's required.?
