Site Maintenance & Development

I currenly have a web based application written with the following characteristics; -php4 -mySQL -object oriented programming -fully commented code using phpxref format I am looking for the following services; 1. Site Maintenance / Support 2. Programming additional modules. THIS BID IS FOR "SITE MAINTENANCE / SUPPORT". I am looking to enter into a long term contract (initially 3 month) for the maintenance of the site. Additionally but separately to this bid, there are modules that need to be developed for the site. The succesfull bidder should be able to; - provide 24/7 support for the running of the site, - show that they have been in business providing these kind of services for some time, - provide references from existing clients, - speak fluent english. Ideally I am looking for an established company or group of programmers who have been working together for some time. If you feel that you are able to provide these services, please contact me and I will give you access to; 1. Application Documentation including TEchnical Specification 2. Application Source Code I look forward to hearing from you.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
