Website must average $500 per month in sales from commissions from sold products on the site. The site cannot use google ads, and must perform through online sales only to generate income.
I will not pay until the website performance has been proven, however, this could lead to a great relationship if the site performs as expected.
I don't care which niche or category you choose, just no adult or gambling sites please.

Why would someone build a successful business that generates $500 per month in income but then turn around and sell it to you for only $30 to $250??? It just doesn't make sense.
