Simple Proxy Checker

I need a simple program for checking proxies locally built in Visual Basic.

It should load/import a list of proxies into a listbox,

allow me to specify rules in which if a string i define is found it will remove the proxy from the listbox and if the proxy checker detects that the proxy is transparent (reveals my IP) it will also remove that proxy. Server part should accept requests on port 80. And should have an option for saving the working proxies that werent deleted into a file in this format (Proxy:Port)

the rules list should allow me to specify/add an unlimited amount of unallowed strings.

The program will utilize multiple winsocks/threads (1 - 100+ winsocks/threads) for quick operation.

The program will save the rules into a file upon sub unload and reload those rules during form load each time the program is reran.

Code is to be nicely formatted and commented thoroughly as i will probably be adding onto the program later on.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Due to several bad experiences I had with some coders here on RAC I must put this here, If the program doesnt meet my requirements 100% I dont want it and you agree that I wont have to pay a dime for it. 5) Meeting the deadline seems to be the most difficult task for coders, please do not bid on this project if you cant complete it withen the specified deadline, if you are unable to complete the project by the deadline, I'm not going to extend it and will mark the project as incomplete, so if you think you will need more time than the posted deadline, let me know prior to making a bid so that I can adjust it accordingly. 6) see Description, also any promises, agreements made in correspondance through RAC will be held as a deliverable as well.
