Simple Upload System

We need a small online application built which allows us to add accounts (name, email, username, password, domain) and then a cron which runs nightly and uploads files and folders from a set path to each account that has been added to the system. We have built most of the system, but cannot get the uploading working (where it uploads the contents of a directory including all files and folders) I have attached our code and sample database table.
Looking for less than a week turnaround ideally.
