Tuition Agency Login Script

Hi,

I'm looking for someone who can write me a script whereby my tutors can register their personal particulars and at the same time with their username and password.

Next, they must be able to use their username and password together with their personal particulars that they entered earlier to apply for the different tuition assignments posted on the web.

Tutor do not need to re-register again to apply tuition jobs. They are able to login to modify details they had sent in when they applying job include the subject & tuition fee. Tutor profile will be saved to database to enable search in future using back end admin system as well.

They will have an application status right at the top of the page when they signed it. This application status tell the tutor if the assignment they applied for it successful/unsuccessful.

I think I need something whereby the tutors are able to update their profile reguarly so that parents can decide which tutor to select based on all the tutors that applied for that assignments.

This is my first time hiring someone to do the script for me. I dont really know the market price. Im looking for cheap and high quality work.

I have my own webhosting account and I am using Xsitepro 2.53 to build my website.
