Completion of shopping comparison website

I have a partially complete shopping comparison website that I do not have time to work on myself. A working, licensed full version shopping comparison script has been installed. I need a system administrator to set the parameters for the auto-price crawler among other things. There is an admin panel that can be used to add and edit content . You should be good at problem solving. I have paid for full support on this system so you can communicate with the author of the script if any issues arise.
I need to change the layout of the page, add pages and add content and SEO the pages. You must know HTML, CSS and web-designing. Communication in English is required.
