CMS Adult Site with TGP / Membership Features

Hello,

Looking to have a site created as per the attached specifications.

I am looking to have the attached site created, please bid cost and turnaround time -- as I am a web developer myself, please be realistic with your bids, both in terms of cost and turnaround time. I can do this site myself, but am overloaded with my other projects right now and looking to sub one project out to another developer.

I do NOT do Escrow -- I have had several developers bail on me, and it takes an unbelievably long amount of time to get your money back from escrow should that happen.

Please check my feedback -- You will find very good notes about me as a buyer, you WILL get paid.

I prefer all work to be done on my server. If you prefer to work on your server for security, I will require you to allow me to point a domain to your server so that my clients can monitor the progress without seeing you. Again, my preference is the first of those two options.

I look forward to finding and working with the winning bidder -- should the project go well, I have some other projects that may be of interest to you in the near future as well!
