110228 php script needs modifying

Hi, I am uk-based and have an autosurf site.

In all fairness there is most likely going to be an ongoing stream of work every month with maintenance and security upgrades.

I also have some other projects almost ready but left hanging.

I am looking for someone highly experienced and trustworthy in php/html etc to work on my sites.

I have 2 proposals.

proposal 1 - I will pay you per job

proposal 2 - receive a percentage of profits which grow as business takes off - you will receive funds up front for any initial work you do, and then it becomes ongoing each month.

I have already received over $4000 in upgrades with this site in just 12 days.

All payments to be made via e-gold, cash (in uk) or a cheque from my business bank account.

I am looking for someone who speaks the English language.

Specific details for this project:

Study, understand and evaluate the script I am using and identify any weak spots for security and advise as necessary.

The script works, but some aspects of the script, I am unsure about so I need to know how to work every aspect, so after you understand the script, I will need some help setting the scrpt up and configuring it.

I very often spend up to 18 hours per day online and would need someone who can assist me as and when required, preferably avialable through instant messaging.

The site has grown very popular in a short space of time nd I am due to make payouts to members within 2 weeks and I need to make sure that I can do this with ease. there was never a user guide with it.

Ideally I would prefer someone who is keen to come onboard, and be a part of my team(preferably uk based), working all the time on items, and receive an ever increasing share of profits, with the first month paid up in full up-front, however I will accept someone who can

just do the tasks required.

I need to have the initial work completed before the end of January 2007.

Any superstars out there?
