80612 Hosting Client & Billing DB

I am looking for someone to design a hosting client and billing database. This is what I need. Sign up form that includes the following: Name Address Email Phone Domain (room for multiple account sign ups) Desired username & password(s) for FTP Plan Type Area to bypass entering name, address, email, and phone by entering a membership number and password that recognizes the client from a previous hosting account sign up (if applicable). Once form is submitted it is added to a MySQL database and sends the client to PayPal to charge the fee required. Auto recurring will not be used. Database will include all of the above information as well as the date of sign up and a randomly assigned membership number and password. This random u & p will be used for an online admin for the clients. Database should also include an area for the administrator to type in the server IP manually so that the admin is aware of what server the domain is hosted on. Once payment is made and sign up is written to the MySQL database, email needs to be sent to admin. Email should include the following: Email Address of Client Plan Type Domain(s) Desired usernames & password(s) Membership No. Once payment is made the client should receive email with the randomly assigned membership number and password. Online admin for the administrator should include the following: Full listing of all clients and their information and all their accounts hosted (listed 10 per page) Ability to select multiple accounts to send an email invoice for the accounts that plugs in the domains invoiced and total due. Ability to select multiple accounts to send an email indicating the account is set up that plugs in the clients domain, server IP, FTP username and password information Ability to delete, edit or add acccounts manually Ability to search all accounts and information by keyword Ability to sort by billing date, email, and domain Ability to send email to all account holders Area for pending support questions Online admin for clients should include the following: Login/Access using the randomly selected username and password Ability to view all accounts with their billing date Ability to cancel an account Ability to change their personal profile Area to enter support questions There should be a membership number and password retriever for clients. Also, when a member cancels an account, an email should be sent to admin notifying them to delete account from server. This email should include the domain and server number. All hosting accounts will be set up and deleted manually so the script does not have to conform to any server type. This is basically just a database and sendmail script. Should be scripted in PHP and MySQL. Will be hosted on a Unix server (Cobalt Raq). Complete ownership is required.
