Browser toolbar

I need to create an Internet Browser toolbar button add-on that users can download and install in their browser. Once installed in their browser they can click it to capture urls that will then be stored in their accounts at my website.

Basically the same functionality that the website [url removed, login to view] uses.

Once you become a member at [url removed, login to view], you can download a browser toolbar button that is installed in your web browser and you can click it to add any webpage to your [url removed, login to view] account.

A virtual bookmark.
