Flash and Image Cookie Stuffing Script + Installation

I am looking for someone who is experienced with cookie stuffing Flash + Image and can create a banner that will drup a cookie every time the banner shows.

The script must hide itselp.

You should install the script on our server and show that it works.

You must have Coded one before.
