Zen Cart, Stock with Multiple Attributes

I have a Zen Cart store with some modification/add-ons. store is not completely live yet being that we still have a lot of customizing to do.

I need to have a few features that need implemented in our store regarding controlling stock based on item attributes and the ability to set the status of a product, such as "on order", "Special Order", "back order "Drop Ship". Each product will have multiple attributes, color, sizes and an additional accessories to add. We need to track inventory through attributes like the "stock by attributes mod" however we need the customer to be updated on the product page that the item is out of stock. For out of stock items/attributes warning text will need to be displayed or the option needs to be grayed out stating that the color/size combination is out of stock.

I also need the ability to change the status of a product if the item is out of stock. For example, I would like to set the status of an out of stock item to, Ordered, Back Ordered, Special Order or Drop Ship.

Lastly the mod needs to work with multiple attributes, example. Shirts available in Red, White, Blue and Green, available in sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL and even possibly a third attribute for an alternate accessory such as an under-shirt (which will not need to be tracked through inventory as it will be a separate product, but we need the ability to add as many attributes per item as needed).

We will need the ability to upload attributes by using a csv file being that we have over 10,000 products if it is possible to be done.

This is just one of many things that we need done, but this one is number 1 on our priority list. We are looking for some one who can deliver this in a timely manner.
