Hi!
I need a good developer to develop my PSD files and convert it into a Wordpress Theme that will have themeforest standards. I need you to follow the below requirments:
Requirements
1. 100% Fully Responsive
2. Retina Ready
3. Admin panel for theme
4. SEO Ready
5. Fast loading(clean code)
6. Boxed & Wide Layout
7. Custom Widgets
8. Multiple Colors to change from
9. Cross Browser Ready
10. Custom Proprietory Framework Backend (That we can use on other of our themes) that supports things like Star Ratings and shortened links.
What needs to be done!
1. Create the theme fully functional with no errors/bug/unfuntional items. Final product must be exact the .rar/.zip archive that will let me upload in wordpress and then already run the theme.
2. We will also need the HTML/CSS for the site.
3. Create a document for documentation(how to install it, how to run it, how to activate every option available, how to use features built in, etc) with printscreens or images for every step.
4. You need to be available for every major update that we do to the theme. (Of course you will be paid seperately for the same)
5. Dummy content and settings in a XML file that will be imported and populate the root with the files and content as dummy.
The payment will be milestoned for all the process and at the final, will be released AFTER i check the files and see that are ok. If you agree with everything post 1x375 in your bid. Once I begin the PMB conversation, I need you to explain in your own words as to what exactly will you be providing. All page PSDs (Desktop + Tablet + Mobile Version) will be provided. You need to understand column based layouts and shortcodes.
We're looking for someone with amazing coding skills. Someone who can work fast. If you're good enough, we shall have more work for you.
BUDGET AVAILABLE $500-$700. If you intend to waste my time, the same will not be entertained and you won't get any replies from us.
