I am planning to start a website which is similar to [url removed, login to view] . Am planning to bring it online in the next 4 days.
I have not yet decided on the name of the website... Taking into consideration that graphics (of the website name) can be easily changed. I am willing to take offers from you guys with the quote of bringing the website to life...

Functionalities :
1) Anyone can join but paid member can upload photo for 1 year or more (have to pay for per year).
2) Photo will be shown randomly.
3) Google sitemap and seo friendly.
4) Easy csv upload system (For admin only and we can set this for any user. Means we can control who can use this system.)
5) For csv upload csv will be written this way > (TITLE;DESCRIPTION;TAGS;IMAGE URL)
(We can hire you again anytime for any changes we need.)
