Simple Editing of Image Loader

!!PLEASE SUBMIT BID FOR THE FIRST PHASE ONLY!! You may mention how much you could bid for the second phase, but don't add the total on your bid. First phase (provide two SWF+FLA): I will need two flash app to be provided, one with [url removed, login to view] as the base app, we’ll provide the base FLA for that, and another is a sound file uploader like what you see on the last step of [url removed, login to view] . Pretty easy, right? Second phase (provide HTML+PHP+JS): Might be done later, but if you don't have the ability to do this, please mention in your proposal. I might do this by myself, but if you know something that will could do this faster, I will also let you work on this one for an additional payment. Before starting, please understand that you are required to read the briefs I wrote on a DOC file attached carefully. Please do not bid if you don’t have a sufficient skills on Flash Actionscript 3.0 and PHP (for the second phase). Part timer and new provider are welcome as long as you can keep your words, and really sure that you can get this done. I will fund escrow, and make sure that you will get the payment once we had the project completed. Please ask questions through PM, I will try to answer it the best I could. ## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

What I need you guys to do is to create two flash app + PHP that when proceeded one by one, will result : Step 1: Add image(s) depending on how many image needed (you don’t need to create the PHP/HTML file here) ??" just need to make sure it goes to the next file. Step 2: Add text (need to add a small bit of PHP so when ‘SUBMIT’ is clicked, will go to the next step Step 3: Add sound(s) depending on how many sounds needed (again, no need for the PHP/HTML file here) ??" just need to make sure it goes to the next step Step 4: Preview the video
