Hi,
We have a members only directory in our website.
We would like to password protect it.
Their should be a web form that allows a member to register for the site, it should include their name, address, & email. We should be able to review the application and if it's accepted allow us to generate a password and set an expiration date for the user, as well as send them an email.
There are lots of open source and freeware apps that could be used.
We have our own dedicated linux server.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

After reviewing the bids we need to know if you are able to find a solution that will work with our situation.
1. We want to require a user/password to view an OSCommerce store and prices.
2. We have a second OSCommerce store at a different domain that gets inventory and posts orders to the original OSCommerce store.
Can you provide a solution that still allows the second OScommerce store to pull inventory and pricing from the password protected OSCommerce store?
