Outlook 2003 Add-in

I need a plugin for Outlook 2003 that can save send and received mails to a network-folder, depending on the mails relation to my CRM-system.

Mails are sent from my CRM-system. It would be nice if the plugin were able to auto-add a signature to these mails.

If possible it would be prefered that its coded in VB.

We use our CRM system to send a lot of mails. When doing this we write the CRM-Case-number to the field billing-information. whenever sending (or receiving)? a mail with this information it should be used to store the mails on the appropriate networkfolder.

The addin should also have a button so the user can mark a mail, press the button and copy the mail to the CRM-folder. When ever pressing this button, a txt file placed on c:\transit\[url removed, login to view] should be read It contains just one thing, our CRM-case number of our active case. This should be the suggestion to the case number the mail whil be copied to, but the user shall be able to alter the number by entering another.

Our Case number consists of 7 digits f.ex. "0450323". Mails regarding thios should be placed in "g:\journal\04\0450323\email\sendt" for sent mails and "g:\journal\04\0450323\email\modtaget" for received mails. the logic is that the 2 first digits are used to find the subfolder of g:\journal\. If the CRM-number was 0950323 instead the folder would be "g:\journal\09\0950323\email\sendt"

The mails should be named with date/time from or to email adress and subject, for instance: "01-09-2009 15\_46\_32 From <modhug@gmail!com> subject [url removed, login to view]"

At the same time a file called [url removed, login to view] placed in? ? "g:\journal\04\0450323\dokumenter\[url removed, login to view]" should be added with a line telling that a sendt or received mail are stored:

In addition we have the need to auto add a signature to all mails containing the billing number.
