We are starting up a band website and need a layout done. I'm going to use PHP to script but we need a site and I'm not much of a site designer. We are looking for a fun and userfriendly site with vibrant colors (very important about the color scheme) the site needs css. It needs to have a couple parts 1) news 2) Tours ( a scheuduel of where they are playing and when) 3) photos (a nice layout with thumbnails that users can click to open up a new window with the larger picture and in that window the ability to move to the next picture or back) 4) msuic (a page where users can view the songs of an album and be able to download the song 5) contact (a page with 3 form fields for their email, subject and message) 6) links ... just a list of other URLs
i'm not sure how much this will cost, but please remember this is my buddies website and he asked if i would help him out, so this is coming out of my own piggy bank! =) thanks
also if you could have a couple of your previous projects included with your comments it would be great along with the color scheme you decide on or think would be best.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
