75153 PHOTO RATING SCRIPT HOT OR NOT

I AM REPOSTING THIS, PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU CAN RESPOND VIA PMB, I HAD PROGRAMMERS BID AND I WAS READY TO SELECT A PROGRAMMER AND HE STOPPED RESPONDING Looking for someone who has made a hot or not type of site before (should be a lot of you). Clean, fast, efficient code only (modular design). Needs to be customized with some features that I need for example different categories (Male, Female), searchable by location (state) and some other things that can be mentioned thru PMB. Please bid only if you have done this type of site before! DEMO IS REQUIRED! After site is in operation for a couple of months I would like to add more features and there will be additional work for the selected programmer
