MESSENGER POPUP

I have been getting alot of the windows messenger pop up ads the last few days i want one of these that will work on a range of begin to end ips and will be muti threaded so it can do 1000's a second. must be 100% anonmus and keep my ip hidden and the message must be able to be click able. i want the full soucre to this program so i can see what they are doing to make this happen thanks
